ryanair robbing gits.

Is this a perfect example of people wanting everything cheap?

It's all part of their business model wether you like it or not.

No this is a perfect example of not wanting to be ripped off.

i have traveled throughout Europe with Ryanair and easyjet and never had a problem. If every thing is ok, it runs ok. But when an illness stopped us from travelling. I was given two price options for the same product with a massive difference and I was being told I had to pay the highest price with no option. I expected and knew that I would have to £30 pp per seat. No probs but Ryanairs legendary customer service who I have never used before has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
No I do not like it one bit.

Ryanair have improved by 'leaps and bounds' over the last 18 months. They now have on on line chat which is extremely helpful. Michael O'Leary feels that they are far more customer focussed and I have to agree.

We have 6 flights booked with them; add ons can be a problem but priority boarding is good and they have seat allocation. You get what you pay for and their module works as we book many months ahead.

Incidentally we had a flight with Vueling, Spanish subsidiary of Iberia/BA. They changed the flight by one week at the end of the season. No alternative and they would not let me take a different flight on the original date booked via another Airport without paying€300!

Sorry on out the position with Mrs Tash but is an Insurance claim an option?

3 off it was something we looked at re insurance, we buy it for the year. But we would lose the first X £ so just looked at rebooking the flights. Not being tech savvy but Missis T is she tried online chat but it kept coming up as no one available. We have managed to re book after a bit of arguing on the phone.
it has been one of those days. Booked for three nights in Cotswolds for next week when we should of been in portugal. We get an email at 23.30 saying the rooms we have booked are not available. So spend an hour today chasing up late rooms because the flippin original B and B that now has no rooms has found us somewhere else that is twice the price. So even though we don't want it that's it. Eventually we told them to stuff it.
God knows how I am not bald.

oh ah re Ryanair getting better I don't know I have never had to deal with them or any other companies re this but I will just have to take other people's word on this.

If illness is stopping you travelling then claim your travel insurance.
