But, Q4 and Q13 are a bit naughty, as both of these can be covered by a local rule, and you were not to know if a local rule was in place or not.

+1 We have some sleepers by one of our tees, which you can drop from, but always thought ones in bunkers were part of the hazard.

I thought the sleeper questions and stones in bunkers were a bit ambigious as you needed local rule info for the right answer...stones in bunkers are usually covered by local rules for the sake of your eyesight
