Round of my life.....part two

I was awful that day so missed him. If it would of been yesterday he'd be brown bread now, although he isn't any competition these days so no need to try take him out anymore! :D

I got the impression he tried to take you out when playing recently ........ :D

I'm still so shaken from the incident that its affecting my golf!

At last its looking like Mashley will have to give me shots! should have happened yonks ago - he is half my age!

Whoop singles match play tonight, giving away 4 shots, 3 down after 5 holes, 1 down after front 9, two down after 12 holes, then bang! Finger comes our my bum and I birdie 13, par 14 & 15 then birdie 16 to go one up! Two halves later I win 1 UP. The blokes asks me "were you toying with my up until the 12?"

I'm buzzing about my golf and can't wait for the medal Friday and Stableford Saturday, then Princes for two days next week, then KOK at Hillside!!

Excuse my newness but what does "Our greens were rolling at 9.5 on the stint" mean?

Nothing wrong with newness!

The stimp meter is a device used for measuring the speed of greens. A ball is rolled down the standard length device and the distance it travels denotes how fast or slow the greens are. 9.5 on our course are quite quick but the professionals like about 11.5.

Thank you for the explanation!
