"O! I am fortune's fool" Now whilst I am prepared to concede that I've not committed a faux pas on the scale of murdering the cousin of my secret wife leading to both my banishment and the eventual demise of the star crossed lovers, I now kind of know how Romeo must have felt.

I work in London near Liverpool St and quite often have a browse in American Golf. Whilst in there today I happened to glance at the putting area. Big mistake. A bloke in there was trying the new Odyssey Metal X #7. So I went over to give it a go but he was properly hogging it. So I looked at some of the other putters and they had a TM Corza Ghost Tour.

So I had a play with it. Now normally I always feel that nothing could touch my Scotty but this was a mistake. I really, really, really like this putter. Arrrrrrgh!!! Nightmare! So yes I am fortunes fool.

PS before you all say buy it and be a man three problems:

1. Bambino number arrives next month so saving for the Mrs maternity leave
2. I don't really want to sell/trade my Scotty
3. Any spare cash is going in the Driver fund

I think that i have a gap in the market.....
If i come into money then the first thing im opening is "Mike's Drive for Show Putt for Dough"......We buy and sell all makes of Putters and Drivers.....

"Strictly NO Irons":clap::whistle:

They are the most changed clubs by a country mile:):):)

Tiger....Keep the shillings Pal......Put them to better use;)

Macbeth: Act Two, Scene One

Is this a putter which I see before me,
The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee.
I have thee not, and yet I see thee still.
Art thou not, fatal vision, sensible
To feeling as to sight? or art thou but
A putter of the mind, a false creation,
Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain?
I see thee yet, in form as palpable
As this which now I draw.
Thou marshall'st me the way that I was going;
And such an instrument I was to use
To great success upon thy greens...

I thinkst I dost need some help ;)

Yep.....Counselling :ears:

Re: Macbeth: Act Two, Scene One

I have seen these odyssey putters and they do look good. I still prefer the protype milled face and think both versions are actually better than the TM Corza. I'd think long and hard for all the reasons you outlined before rushing in and making a hasty purchase

"All that glitters is not gold."

And if her in doors finds out, "get thee to a nunnery."

Re: Macbeth: Act Two, Scene One

You could take your Scotty to your pro shop and ask him to sell it for you. Then he could credit your account with whatever it sells for and you could spend the dosh in his shop. Do him a massive favour.

Re: Macbeth: Act Two, Scene One

What may this mean.
That thou, dead Corsa, again, in complete steel,
Revisit'st thus the glimpses of the moon.
Making night hideous ; and we, fools of nature,
So horridly to shake our disposition,
With thoughts beyond the reaches of our souls?
Say, why is this?
(Hamlet, 1.4)

And Taylor Made would say 'Ghost White is the reason'.

Actually, it's a surprisingly great feeling putter!

Would 'twas but centre shafted
Then I'd be justly enraptured
'Tis sure enough Master Crafted
So Pro Shop would my funds have captured!
