I used to think that Ricky Fowler was just another hyped up 'next big thing' who was all show and nothing to back it up.
But recently he has been playing some great golf culminating in his victory at Quail Hollow and having seen a few interviews of him recently, he actually comes across a really decent guy that doesn't take himself too seriously.
I think I'm actually starting to quite like him :thup:

I guess he wanted to look older so that people stopped thinking of him as the Justin Beiber of golf.
Trouble is, he now looks like a 50 year old cocaine baron.

I think he has a wonderful swing and it's great to see him step up. It's only this year that I have had sky sports so I have a limited view on PGA golf but we truly have some wonderful talent to watch at the moment and the young guys are showing the way.

Is the tache a bet? He hardly looks old enough to shave and it looks like bum fluff. Good player though who is beginning to realise his potential after all the hype surrounding him when he came on tour. Still not sure about the orange though

I like the orange, not so much that I like orange but that it's his Sunday thing. I believe it was his college colour so nice that he has that solidarity.

Was thinking the same thing myself at the weekend. After last years Open the way he knuckled down in those conditions and didn't start moaning like a lot of the others he went up in my estimation and the last few weeks he's come across as a decent guy. Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by its cover

He said that the tache started as a bit of a laugh between him and a few of the others. Then he kept it going for Movember and never shaved it off.

Those porno tache's seem to be getting quite popular on the PGA tour,maybe i'll give the Mach 3 a miss this week.
