R9 - I did it

Whats the advantage of having your cone inverted?

That sounds a bit painfull if you ask me :D

Nice looking clubs though, hopefully HJS will give us an update on their performance today. Not seen any in the stores in Edinburgh yet, not that I'm looking mind ;)

or are we looking for a new post in the For Sale section ? ;)

Quote from Homer on a previous post:

"I'm in that category. I'm looking for a club that will see me into single figure and reward my ball striking. I have a couple of options in mind but have decided to do the hard graft with my teaching pro over the winter............"

What happened Homer?! Win the lottery? :D

Half decent-looking clubs there Homer, but WAY too good for me! Hope these help in the push for single figures :)

Just got back in. Went to the range late morning and worked on a few things frommy lesson yesterday. Took a bit of bedding in especially using the new bats as well but made some good progress on my long journey to a slower smoother tempo.

Went to the club about three and played nine holes as it was Finals Day and the back nine was rammed. Hit the ball OK in places. Took my new 4 iron off a lot of the tees for practice and hit it well. I'm not sure if it was because every lie was bare (we desparately need some rain) or my swing changes or the new bats but everything seemed to fly lower than I would have liked. I must say they are a great feeling club even if you don't quite catch it. There is still work to do on my tempo and swing but these clubs are going to help
