Just re-read this and the other thread that it started in ....
I'm now quite shocked at the attitude of pointing to where you think the ball is, and then just standing in the middled the fairway thinking it helps anyone. What happens when the opponent doesn't immediately find his ball, does he have to continue the search on his own (I assume so because your in your zone for 5 mins of concentration). If he then has to go back to the tee to play another is this helping your game still? So what if he actually played a provisional originally? Ae you executing him to not spend the 5 mins looking?
I'm struggling to see how any of this helps your game, apart from not getting your feet wet from the wet grass?
