When new labour got in they stopped my school doing entry exams along with interviews. My year was last year that did them. They said a state school couldn't be selective

Now they just use their sports and music status to select the best of the best

This will not be a problem for Scottish ones after the next election.

Most of the Shadow Cabinet went to Private School and/or send/sent their kids to Private School. (I didnt see numbers for all Labour MPs)

I guess if you keep kids away from the Labour/Momentum/ hard left dominated teaching profession, they are more likely to be able to think for themselves. So, it's a logical policy for them!
