With the current AG offer on, I am kind of wrestling with a decision. I have been playing with Ping I20s which I picked up 2nd hand to the specs I was measured to several years ago. Yesterday I hit a new G iron and it wasn't offensive to look down at and the flight was high (I hit a low flight for some reason always have) . So I am toying with the idea of swapping out to a set of Gs from 5-wedge ... My wedges will remain volley/ RTX s and my hybrid will stay a 4h so a direct swap out and just better iron consistency and flight is required.

You will never get a better price for your I20's than via this deal, so if you deffo want to swap it has to be now.

This deal can be brilliant depending on what you're trading in. I swapped out some JPX850 Mizuno's and got some TM RSI 1's on a straight swap and a few tries later I love em. I played with a couple of guys at my place today and they both had a biff with the new irons and I wouldn't be surprised if they both turn up with a set next week.

Go for it!

Go along and ask the question regarding the price (and take the clubs with you) and then it's the problem we're all familiar with, justifying the cost to yourself. Sadly we also have an inbuilt golfing gene that says once you try new shinies you have to buy a set

Depending on whether you've got 4-PW or 5-PW you'd get between £210 and £245 from AG and if you know your spec you can order the new clubs to that spec, don't forget to search for best price and get them to price match, good luck to whatever you decide.

I have 5-PW, I thought Ping prices were pretty stable, online dealers don't count do they?

I did the same a few weeks ago. My ping g15s they gave me £224 for 4-sw. I wanted titliest 716 ap1s (tried the ping g very nice) but had a good feeling with the ap1. Anyways I'm tight but with golf it's my vice. I couldn't turn down £224 for a club that was realised in 2011 and I paid £399 for.. almost 4 years I had them for. A lot of golf played with them. Depreciation of £175 in that time is not to be sniffed at in my opinion

paid £335 for my new irons after trade in so really if I get more years out of them (they were fitted to my specs more and I just love them lol) then will be a shrewd investment

Yes mate, Amazon/Ebay don't
If you know the website or retailers site, they'll check it anyhow.
