Advert in paper powakaddy,£90.

Spoke to guy, said its 6 months old, 18 hole battery narrow axle, easily stowed away.

Asked if it had a model name but apparently it doesn't (do they?)

Anyone use them is it worth £90 if its in good order?

I dont know. £90 seems reasonably cheap though. They look the business however.

Is it a misprint?

Mine is a Freeway Digital and 12mths old. I had the trolley, 36 hole battery and a free deluxe bag for £394 and that was a superb deal.

Brilliant trolley, whisper quiet and as reliable as a Bentley (not David!).

I was worried it was a power caddy so thats why i called back. He told me name before i even asked. I'll report bac later!

Despite the large following of gokart fans on here, and I also think these are good, nothing comes close to a powakaddy performance wise in my opinion. If all is in working order bite his hand off!

Turn up in your uniform, you might get a discount :D

Nah judging from the price, a relative would delay you requesting a warrant. Whilst the geezer runs out the back door with it, thinking of where he can hide it. ;) :p

Evening

As far as I am aware Powacaddy do the Classic & the freeway. I looked at a few of these when I was reviewing before I bought mine. If its only £90 notes and genuine then its a good price. .Has it got a battery? "Caveat Emptor" I guess.
I went for the GoKart. Been one of my best golf buys if that helps. I think they even do an ex demo sales.

hey the powerkaddy has been in the buy and sell for donkeys years mate. im surpised it still works, that is if it does anyway, with the amount of time it has been sat in the paper.

How do you know which paper it is in?

Anyway, been, got it, older than 6 months, (he had it 6 months) i'd say a couple of years actually, not in great condidtion but not bad. All works, battery and charger included. Works fine, knocked him down to £80.

The GoKart seems popular here but I played with a guy at the weekend who was on his 3rd, He said he'd had major noise issues so they replaced it but the 2nd was just as bad. Their customer service was excellent as they picked it up the same day and dropped off a hire one whilst they tried to fix his original. They've called him back and offered to extend the warranty to 2 years if he wants or they'll give him a full refund.

Viscount. I think I am developing shin splints so it helps not having the weight on me back. Plus I find I finish stronger if am not carrying. There is a time and place for carrying 30lbs on ya back, it's not on the course.

Don't get me wrong, I do carry in bounce games etc.
