Didn`t read anything cocky in that report at all, just a sensible take on his thoughts. He makes a lot of sense, I wish I had his self belief, maybe I`d be able to shave a few shots off my handicap. Yeah, he can a bit loud at times, I think that cloud`s peoples judgement assuming cockyness rather than confdence, there is a difference.

Hecan play as my partner in a pairs comp any time....

I agree with seve112 on this ,.... I think i would do no harm to "LISTEN" to people who have been there & done that , as good as you are youl never know it all , ok poults might not have the same game as the others so might not learn game wise , but could well pick up some bit of wisdom that might help ..

Never be too proud to take advice off people who have been there done that ..
