Playing with back problems

It will be 2 years tomorrow i had a back operation to release a trapped nerve. Had a disc removal and everything had been great since. After 5 months started playing golf again and have had no problems..............until 2 weeks ago when my 4 year old refused to get up off the floor put his hands up for me to help him and bam, my back went. Problem is i now have another trapped nerve affecting my opposite leg from last time. Still managing to play at the mo with a pain killer if needed but have an appointment friday to see what ive done now . So come on whats everyone else suffering with at present
