Playing into a strong wind

grip down slightly, take two extra clubs. hit it easy. this keeps the spin off the ball and it doesn't balloon up into the air. cut off the follow through.

allow for run rather than flying it all the way and stopping!

Depending on the wind, club up, move the ball back and swing easy.

The more speed you generate through the swing will not help you keeping in it down.

Nick Faldo used to recommend gripping the club less tightly.

Grip down , more club , swing easy , punch shots are all stuff you can do , ball back in the stance is another but dont forget to toe in the club a bit otherwise you lose it to the right , lastly you need to practice all this down the range and never practice with a strong left to right wind , its not the best wind to practice in

no fence to hit it into.

nope looked like you hit it into a something...

quick repair to the net may be required, it hit the concrete fence post and flew back with a lovely draw on it, sent the lad round next door to ask for his ball back, I'm a bit old for doing that
