Ulnar ligament tear ?

Hi apparently I have torn the ligament at the end of my Ulnar bone into my wrist.
I get a very sharp pain in my palm under the pinky finger into my forearm.
This causes me to let go of the club in transition as the pain is excruciating.
So bit of a lay off for me!

Anyone had this ?
Any advice tips to help?

Tried accupuncture?
Its suprising how much it can help healthe issue and reduce the pain.
