I wear Boa’s all the time mate, so unless they’ve delayed me getting it I don’t know.

Since the winter kicked in I’ve been wearing Nike lunar command 2 boa

I have purchased two more pair of boas , puma ones and under armour ones I’ve been that impressed

I have always worn FJ but the latest ones are not as good the QC seems to be slipping.
Might try them thanks.

Only got the injections yesterday, Doc said I’d be sore for 2-3 days.
Injections were not nice, putting it mildly Injection sites are quite uncomfortable, although I did play 18 holes today, hopefully worth it, said I should see a difference in about 2 weeks.
Other option was 6-8 weeks of anti-imflamatories.

Mine got caused about 3 summers ago now.. my dog got out at my aunts house and I ran after him bare foot.. I already have fallen arches and since that day I’ve had to wear insoles to walk without pain. Dr and physio just give me exercises no like fix

He’s not sure to be honest, I wear orthotics all the time and have done for years, never suffered with this Plantar Facitiis until 3 months ago and even then I had X-Rays as they were looking for damage to my heel bone, no mention of PF until yesterday’s diagnosis.

He said it should sort it, but further injections are an option if it returns in the future, I got the feeling he was optimistic the injections would work.

In total I had 4 injections in the bottom of my foot around the heel.

He pressed my foot and wear there was pain he marked it with pen, then when he had a complete picture of the area were the pain was he spread the injections to cover it.
