Ping i20

I haven't hit the G10's but I doubt that these are harder to use. I've hit the G20's (briefly) and these are just as easy, but much nicer to look down on. My ball striking isn't the best at the moment (as Homer, Sev, Spiral, Pieman and Aztec will confirm), but after a few shots these were consistantly long and straight..

Going to see what the tax return figure comes out at and see what money i have to play with. I think first I'll give the Amp's a rip at Golf Live in a few weeks, if I don't like them then I'll book myself in at Gainsborough and go up there with my pro for the day and get fitted.

Big fan of the I15's whent hey came out. Not given the I20 a real test yet but if they are naything close to the 15's they'll be a great club. I like the look of the I20 and have never really got too fussed by thicker toplines. I think having had X14 Callys for a while sort of made me immune to looking down on a club and worrying

Having just tested a set of I20's at the range, all I can say is....Wow.... They were a consistant 1 club longer than my 800 Pro's, with less movement in flight and slightly more forgiving. My only concern was the fact that they launched quite high compared to the Mizzies. I am seriously tempted though. All I need now is confirmation that my job is safe for a couple more years and i'm in like flynn...

TM Burners are one club longer in distance.
Then you look at the loft figures and realise they are super aggressive and far longer length than proper clubs!
But great GI's never the less.

Went to AG in slough today tohave a play around, tried the I20 irons and the Cobra AMP ones too,

Hit 10 shots with my current G15 7 iron, all went about 145 yards ( which is about right) but quite a wide dispersal, about 10 yards each side of centre.

Then I hit 10 shots with the I20 7 iron all about the same distance 147, but only about 6 yards dispersal TOTAL

Did another 10 with the AMP and put it down, also tried the rocket balls which were longer but wilder .

Repeated the G15 test, very similar results, quite wide dispersal, then another 10 with the I20 .

What can I say, same distance and even tighter group than before, to say I was impressed is an understatement

They come 4 to PW plus a AW (Approach Wedge) which is about 52 degrees

Jeez im tempted
