Since disabling the Seve advert, when I place pictures or images into a topic I have major issues opening them to look at them! The odd one will just be a small image on a black background and the others won't engage or enlarge at all!

All these issues have occurred since the TaylorMade & Seve adverts were introduced and as they have affect on the viewing of the board, I have subsequently blocked them, but, this I believe is having an adverse affect on other features!

Anyone else having any issues loading pictures from your own computer on and then they won't open/enlarge?

Have you tried unblocking those ads then loading pics?

That would confirm/eliminate the relationship between the seemingly simply coincidental 'features'.

I've always had issues loading pictures, but have adblock on permanently, so would be interested in the results. I don't load sufficient pics to worry though.

I've disabled my adblocker and placed some images in a post and it makes no difference, its still not right, I've never had this problem before and have always have used adblocker so for me, their is a gremlin in the system

I have a similar issue (that's started in the last week or so) with any images on here....I click on them to enlarge them and they either wont engage at all unless I double click and even then the screen will sometimes go black and not actually display the photo.

That's the same as I get, have to double click, sometimes its a complete black screen and no image and sometimes you have to scroll to the top to find it! If you get just the black screen you can't get back either, you get thrown out if you back arrow

Would be nice to see some acknowledgement from the 'Towers'

yep, word for word my exact issue. irritating.

Just tried to look at it Dave after a 'double click' which I've never had to do before and its just a black screen with no image, no way of closing or getting back either, have to come out completely.

I found the photo after having to scroll around the screen this time but couldn't close it

No issues here with chrome, but I'm not running any add blockers.

I'm on IE 10 - problem is intermittent.

Nearly as bad as turning it off and on but can you clear your caches using something like ccleaner Fish and see how it goes.

I'm currently in Chrome, after downloading it and everything is fine, it would seem that the issue is when I'm in Firefox, but, I've always run Firefox so something has changed recently on the board that has affected it and it seems too much like a coincidence that's its only been since those large flash adverts/banners have been introduced, obviously something in their introduction isn't compatible with Firefox and affects other features!

Only works for me if I browse using Chrome. Won't work on IE for me and hasn't done for a couple of weeks.

Yeah and me,using firefox and had this problem for couple weeks and just thought it was my laptop playing up

Same here. Click on an image and screen goes sort of blank but not quite! Image never opens and only way out is the back button on browser. Started earlier this week I think so definitely something has changed as don't recall any Firefox updates.
