Folks, i'll be venturing up the road at the end of july to see the inlaws, hoping to sneak off for a game or 2. Any suggestions as to where to play around Perth? From browsing online King James VI and Murrayshall look decent?
Cheers!

I haven't played up there yet but have planned a golf trip with the lads in september and we are playing Murryshall, Kinross "Montgomery" and Whitemoss (Cheap Sunday 3rd day hangover course). Heard good things about Murrayshall and a few players at my home course have played King James saying it was good but unadventurous as it was pretty flat and the holes were very much just up and down. If you'd asked this next year I could have been more help ;)

Dishy,

As Craw says head to Crieff or Auchterarder even, both far better than Whitemoss and the island.

Might manage a sign on at my place depending on your dates, PM me nearer the time and I will see if I'm available.

I played both Montgomery and Bruce yesterday, lovely parklands course, greens are a little flat but good paced. Would recommend a GPS though as the Montgomery doesn't have a strokesaver available and there are lots of hidden bunkers/burns.

You're also not far from Fife, why not come along to
