Quick question about Open Comps and not meaning to hijack the thread. . . a few of us were looking to enter a team event but one of the lads isn't a member of a golf Club and therefore doesn't have a handicap certificate. Would he still be able to play in one that doesn't specify a handicap (i.e 24 or below) is needed?
