My main pick is Louis oosthaszien who I think is great value at 60 to 1 with 7 places. I also have a bit of an outside bet on Richard Sterne and David Lyne.

I've got money spread over several players but my personal thought is that SuperMac D is my favourite!

My annual bet £1ew.
Bjorn
Molanari
Cink
Cabrera
Jiminez

Average at 100/1 my £10 has already gone but should have some fun with those guys.
I really fancy Franny to do well, his caddy is an old friend of mine and one of the best.

Rather than each way bets on several players Ive kept things simple this year and put the full budget on Woods to win. Could be foolish but at least it will make things interesting if he's in contention on Sunday.

Jason Day
Branden Grace
Oli Fisher
Johnson Wagner
Shingo Katayama

All each way, 7 places with Paddy Power

I would interested to hear the reasoning behind Johnson Wagner, mainly because I said to a mate when he was leading the Greenbrier that he is type of American who might crop up at the Open one day but couldn't explain why

I know whoever I put my £20 worth of bets on has no chance come Sunday. I jinx the poor souls. I am going Mickleson, Els, Kuchar, Scott and Ryan Moore. £2 E/W on each of them.

I followed him around the practice days of The Open last year just cos he seemed pretty fun. Seems to be in a little bit of form and around the average age of first time winner in recent years (32/33). That said, I actually don't think he'll win it, but at 350/1 I thought it was worth a quid each way :)
