I think the oldest club in my bag is the G20 hybrid (27°) which is getting on 9 years since they came out. I have two G25 hybrids too which are the next oldest. I tried plenty of hybrids before finding the Pings and they were the first ones that worked for me, so I'm not looking to change them any time soon. I feel like for woods and hybrids it's more about what feels right and what you can hit than having the latest and greatest technology there. I do have a Callaway Big Bertha 3 iron from the mid-90s in my cupboard, it's graphite-shafted and I used it as a sort-of driving iron a year or two ago, but it's not in the bag these days.

Irons are about 4 years old, putter is about 3-4 years old, wedges are between 3 and 5 years old, and the driver and 5 wood are both 2019 models so relatively new.
