Sat in the office staring out the window at an absolutely glorious golfing day. Not a cloud in the sky or a breath of wind.

If it’s like this tomorrow they can stick their job!

I'm playing tomorrow, and working saturday. It had better be like this tomorrow, but warmer would be nicer.

I'm playing as well Murph - what a coincidence!!

Apparently tomorrow is going to be like this.... :)

All together now - "it's a wonderful, wonderful life." :D

There was quite a breeze this morning actually.
And it was a mite chilly too.
And I broke my tooth on a frozen Mars bar!

I played today, week off, picked a good one for time of year, a few holes still closed (4) but everything drying out nicely, if weather holds should be a good weekend.

Remarkably dry today. Bearing in mind we had roads closed due to 8-10 inches of water on Sunday there was hardly a wet area on the course.
Was having a nice day...

Played at Highwoods this morning with a mate of mine. Tad chilly and then the breeze picked up a bit making it even colder. Had to nip into the pro shop at half time to buy a bobble hat as my head was cold!
Course was quite soft in places which is only to be expected after the rain we have had down here recently. Hardly any run on the ball at all, and all of the longer holes seemed to be into the wind which didn't help!
Both had 29 points which wasn't bad considering how I've been playing lately. Bloody arm was agony though.
Picked up some i15's in the pro shop. Jeez they look and feel superb.

Look on the bright side.

You could have been off today, with the sun blazing high in the sky, lovely blue sky without a breath of wind and have your God dam golf course still covered in 5-6 inches of flippin snow!

HID has started a new job at a course near Wokingham. I think we need to job swap. Mind you her window looks down over the course and I couldn't deal with the sight of golfers out there having fun while I was trapped inside working. Better to just stick to looking at the pretty young nurses at the hospital instead

Even more so for me - the last 2 Thursdays I've been using up leave - rain, rain, rain.

This Thursday, in the office looking out at bright blue skies.

Doesn't seem fair!
