I have no idea. Take away the "cream" and what's left? a bunch of mediocre journeymen. I'm sure the've all won the odd thing and are quite talented but it's hardly going to be a stellar line-up. Maybe representing thier country will perk them up....I do hope so, or else there'll be no match.
If they can get motivated, then any top 30 USpga players can play very, very, well......but, where is the ambition with some of these guys.....?
I'm not slagging them off exactly.....some are nice as pie and some are keen enough, but they don't seem to have the same drive as Tiger, or the work ethic of Vijay or the talent of Els or the understated confidence of Mickelson or the breathtaking tenacity of Harrington...they seem like money machines with little heart.
