When retired from playing football.......stay retired regardless of the cause........ 
I played a 6 a side tournament yesterday for charity.....60 teams involved and we were beaten in the quarter finals.....
I havent kicked a ball since Last christmas week and boy oh boy am i paying the price today.....My muscles dont know whats happened to them.....
I played in our monthly medal today and had a complete MARE!
I had little energy but kept the head down and battled on and shot a 98........
My muscles are so sore that it hindered me from swinging the club properly..... I got annoyed with myself for not performing but in hindsight i cant complain too much i suppose.....My handicap has been creeping up for the past few weeks and im gone from 17.4 to 18 after today i think......
I need to start chilling out and not try so hard and just let things flow and fall into place.....
