I had a bad expereince of a web site that i wanted to share with the forum but i was suprised to read that the rules are because i dont have enough threads under my belt i am unable to contribute in that section. A warning for all i have had a very poor customer service experience which after some x2 weeks is still ongoing with a web site (golfdepot.uk) All i wanted was to return and change some adidas shoes for a bigger size, it seems the company cannot deal with my complicated request and indeed their inability to pick up a phone or return an e-mail is unbeliveable. Hope this helps others.

Have you managed to have any contact with them at all?

I have done a little research on them, they are called Golf Depot U.S.A. Limited and the company has been trading since 1994, they have a good credit limit though they have not yet filed 2011 accounts so will receive a fine for that. There is only one director, James Adams and it is his only company. it is odd that the phone number is not on the report but the fax is, clearly James does not like incoming contact. I also note that the email address on the site is @aol, not very professional.

bottom line is they are a real company and just crap at communicating, web site looks cheap too!

Thanks that number has rung of the hook and never been answered. The e-mail i had back was starnge to say the least and offered little or no help including a name to place future communications with.

Hi, i have used these guys before, most recently ordered the new Cleveland 588 Wedge (which was at a good price).

Always found them to be pretty good - Im sure you will get everything sorted out. Good luck.

Pretty sure this problem has been experienced elsewhere with these folk, though can't find the threads concerned.

Seem very good at providing discounted items, but terrible at dealing with any issues that might result.

They do have a 'store', so a personal call may be the only way - or return and handle through your credit card processor.
