Northern Weekend

Went with Mrs Woo to her mothers in Barrow in Furness at the weekend. Had hoped to play Furness on Friday but snow put paid to that.
All local courses were shut Saturday, so decided to play one of the 9 hole courses near home Sunday lunchtime.
Going down the M6 sunday morning some prat pulls out in front of me, forcing me into the outside lane, hit some ice and spun off the motorway. The Jag is now in the hands of the insurance company (prob write off).
Had to carry 2 golf bags and three bags on the train from Preston, still at least the bar was open.
Off to Portugal Saturday for some golf, hooray!

the weather has been grim up there lately, my mum was moaning about it last week. Shame you didnt get a decent round while there.
