Hi all,

Just been looking at getting some new balls.

Stumbled across finding RZN Nike Tour Platinum for 19.99 a dozen.

Apparently a 4 piece ball.

Has anyone ever used them?

I’m usually a Pro V1 or Chrome Soft X guy?

Cheers

They may have "practise" written on them, best check but apparently a very good ball prior to Nike bailing out of the equipment side of the game.

Sure there will be reviews on YT.

I bought 24 proof to Xmas and handed em to the bro in law a week later. I found them as good as any other ball tee to green side. But seemed a lot firmer and clicker than I’m used to for chips and putting.

I actually don’t mind them saying Practice on...I can know they are mine then haha!

They are a decent ball with good distance and plenty of spin.

Be aware thought they are at that price because they are a clearance ball and it may be hard to find any more.

Iv used them for about a year purely for the value. Don’t try the black version they are terrible.

Full shots they are fine although they are rather loud and feel a bit dull
Spin and trajectory and distance all very good.

Don’t check up as much as I would like on chips and off the putter a bit clicky
Really good value and actually rather durable too compared to other premium balls

Not as good as your pro v but Great for the price point.

I bought 24 of them. Incredible bargain for a great ball. Who cares if they say practice on them - they are not seconds.

yeah they're good - you can get them on onlinegolf.co.uk

Same ball rory and tiger used to use. I've used them and I think they'll really good. Similar to the Pro V1x. for £20 they're a bargain! They used to be £35 when nike made equipment

Have to say, £25 for 2 dozen is an absolute steal, had I not already have 6, yes 6 dozen brand new TP5's I'd probably get some myself.

In their day they were marketed as one of the Nike premium balls. I played a few. Wasn't blown away with them but were functional. As others said, they did feel firm but for that price it seems like a sound investment. They are decent enough, just not one of my preferred makes
