New forum Needed

I have to say we are getting a bit fussy aren't we forummers. We get a FREE forum, with limited spamming, and the periodical opportunity to appear in a renowned international magazine, freebie gifts from major events, and the chance to submit articles for publication and test gear.

That and the chance to talk about the best game in the world to fellow like minded individuals. So what if the pages take a little longer to load or your settings mean you don't get back to where you want to be (you can change them!!!!!!!!!). This is not the main function of GM and it is at their discretion we are here at all. Give the guys a break and learn to live with it. If the service does reach a level that is untolerable to everyone I'm sure GM will do something to rectify it.

I am on an old PC with very slow (3.7) internet access and it isn't a problem to me. Look at viewing the forum as a round of golf. You don't run around after every shot or play at excessive speed so just let it run as it is at a nice leisurely pace

Yes we are getting fussy and rightly so. The delay at times is just not acceptable and would not take much to right it. Must be losing new members who take a look (eventually) and decide not to bother.
