So every time I look left, up and down I have a pain from the bottom of my head to my shoulder but I can’t touch the pain.
So when I swing as a right handed player it pulls badly meaning I can’t swing, tried heat, pain and anti inflammatory but just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and how to speed up recovery as there are a lot of big comps coming in the next 2 weeks to 8 weeks

Take painkillers & anti-inflammatories. Call your GP. See a physio. Don't try playing golf and do the exercises. Be patient.

Most importantly, never ever let a chiropractor anywhere near you, especially your neck.

I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for the last four months for a back problem she adjusts my neck every time I go. I would not be playing golf now if I didn’t have this treatment.
My advice if you choose to see one is do your homework first several people at my club recommend her. I also checked out her website as far as I could.
You will also have to do the exercises she/he gives you to do and stick with them. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Sorry forgot to say this only might be a soft tissue injury so start with rest and painkillers. If it persists see your GP who might refer you to a physio. One step at a time.

Find a Thai massage place and get them to crack it. You should get instant relief

The best advice is to get professional advice.

Some injuries need rest others exercise.

Quickest way to get it seen is to go to a sports injury clinic and pay for a consultation.

I self referred for a physio last October, I've just received the letter to phone for an appointment this week. Doctors appointment to seeing a physio approximately 8 months.

I done my neck in maybe 18months ago and it’s never went away. It’s not really sore. I just have an annoying tightness feeling that won’t shift.starts just behind my right ear and goes down to shoulder.
Been to a few chiropractors back felt amazing after that but no change to neck. Thai message that was brutal an hour of pain but felt great next morning but again neck the same. Also went for shockwave therapy recently that didn’t work. Only really thing left for me to try is acupuncture but mines is more annoying and by now my body has just kind of gotten used to it.
Problem with chiropractors I’ve been to they just want to crack neck sideways I want mine done with a Y strap like the videos on YouTube. Keep saying I’m going to fly to Texas to see Alex turbo chiropractor I like his videos on YouTube.
