I wouldn’t use them, I doubt it puts off that many buyers, and probably only those seeking a bargain rather than someone who would pay a little more to get what they want.

Switch to using Royal Mail and see if your profits go down. Might be worth it as any time spent chasing is likely worth exchanging for a little less profit.

Dont think even hermes could break a coat..
I often hear of the hermes horror stories but I have used them loads of times and never had an issue personally although my brother bought a putter that arrived as a 15 inch instead of 34.

Oh no, I’m waiting for my used pings I bought from lincs golf, Hermes are the courier they’ve had them for four days so far, hopefully they’ll arrive by end of lockdown ?
