Sorry if I missed it, but how long have you been playing /what is your handicap? I’d expect starting from your base you’d be easily getting to at least 115mph.
Expert might be pushing it!
Depends how you define playing, I did the usual messing around at the range and Topgolf at various points, but I only started playing properly about 3 years ago. Currently off 11, but the goal this year is to break the single figure milestone. although my golf is secondary as my main focus is encouraging my daughter to play, being her caddy etc.
I guessed that when you gave a clean and jerk number, you don't see many recreational lifters doing that.
To be honest I wouldn't recommend them to most lifters either, unless they are really into weightlifting as a secondary hobby. The technical complexities of the lift mean that for most people the ROI isn't there, much easier to do pulls, jump squats, trap bar jumps, jumping and bounding to get the same amount of carryover.
