Coverage I had showed every shot Speith and Rose hit, interspersed with the chasers when they were not hitting.

It was very good and as I said, the adverts were nearly non existent, lasted 20 seconds at most with a good 20 minute gap between them. I do wish other commercial broadcasters would take note.

Ha! This is true - I have noticed this. #Homer

Your point? I had poor service at three different stores at three different times. Others have faired better and that's fine as I've said many time but it's prejudiced my opinion of their ability to provide an accurate and trustworthy custom fir so I won't be using them again for nay club purchase

Not a point - more of an observation.

I agree that our fitting process has a long way to go...no doubt about it. However, with that said, 99% of club golfers coming through the door looking for a custom fit set of irons, we can cater for and they will get good, accurate information and advice on obtaining the right equipment.

In some cases though, and I'm not suggesting you, the level of expectancy from our fitters with certain types of golfers, is too high. This would be when I would suggest going to see a specialist fitter with the chosen brand.

I'm not sure if you felt your experiences were negative due to the fact the fitters didn't have the knowledge or components to meet your level of expectation. That can be the case and I've seen it in my store.

In a few of our stores we do have some more experienced fitters who can go slightly deeper with knowledge and information. From looking at your current set it would seem that you know your stuff.

Don't want to gate crash this thread with this post but I just wanted to say that I agree our fitting process could be better but on the whole 9/10 customers leave with the right gear.
