OK, it's easy to gripe about poor service, so how's this..
I have a Mont Blanc biro (around 6 years old), I dropped it and smashed the top with my office chair, yesterday I sent it back to Mont Blanc, just had a call from their man, he has repaired it and is sending it back via RM special delivery. I had asked to be advised of costs first so nervously asked how much, NO CHARGE was the reply, I explained that the damage was self inflicted, the reply, no problem we are happy to repair this as part of out service. Brilliant, an expensive pen but with this kind of service you understand why.
Now if only Mont Blanc made golf clubs.
