Mini drivers - just a fad?

I still have mine and use it 3/4 times a round. Also carry a 17 degree hybrid which takes care of the times I don't fancy hitting it off the deck. One of he safest clubs in my bag.

Got an adams 12.5 insight power brazed '3' wood, picked up from an odds and sods bin from DG. Not the most forgiving club in the, but it provides options off the tee and it allows me to have a shy at most par 5s in 2, if i get a decent drive away. Major downside being that its bobbins of anything less than a good lie, or a tee peg.

Bought a mini to replace my 3 wood two seasons ago , liked it so much i got the driver & 5 wood too, off the deck it's a machine, only downside is it makes the 5 wood look diddy
