I like all the traditions, though I did think it strange that Danny seemed to be locked in the cabin after his round. He wanted to go outside to watch, savour the atmosphere etc, but it seemed they told him to stay inside.

Too many Yanks for that! There are plenty of shirt, trousers, and baseball cap colour combinations to choose from, which would make individual golfers more easily identifiable. Yellow cards (and penalty strokes) would be a good idea for slow play though!
