Folk may have skied in Tignes but I suspect there are small numbers of keen golfers have golfed there.

One in the UK that perhaps not many will have played, which I played last week is Helmsdale GC, just off the A9 20 mins north of Brora. 9 hole highlands course with an honesty box, having played Dornoch the day before, it’s a stark contrast in playability and conditioning, but fabulous all the same
