I had an activity streak going on Runkeeper, logged something for 136 weeks in a row....it's some how reset to 0 today. Fuming.

I went out after work at 4, just utterly miserable. Cold, dark and wet, not so long ago it was too hot and I was moaning about that. Done 7 miles and sat on the radiator for a bit.Long easy run today, meant to be 11 miles at 12-12:30 pace per mile, freezing, bitterly cold, hat, gloves the lot.
With warm up and cool down ran just over 12 miles, 11 miles was done in 10:32 avg per mile. And that felt slow enough.![]()

Worst part of these sessions for me is the rest part, I get cold very quickly and want to start running again!Yesterday was a Pyramid interval session hit all the reps, last evening pretty hard. Runna recommended that I increase the plan last week and it’s definitely tougher
