Losing weight/fitness thread

Had boiled egg and soilders for breakfast

Lunch russled myself up some chicken shish (left overs for tomorrow) measured out some oven chips to only 300 cals and mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Delicious

Mrs then announced we not going to drop the girls together to club tonight, so my choices

Drive home and back again.. sit at home about 20 mins..

Walk round town

KFC get dinner

Or secret option.. right next to club is a curry house.

So I've had a very quick madras and rice which is a lot healthier than KFC lol and that's dinner taken care of lol 🤣, also means my simmer meal can be Fridays lunch and saves me having something else Friday

I did have a cheeky lemon sorbet for dessert, as I can't have cream I never do deserts and Indian restaurants do this lemon sorbet in a lemon, but they are only places Mrs doesn't overly do deserts in so we never bother. Had the time (they were blooming quick I had eaten My curry in 30 mins of arriving) so why not. Well within my calories for the day
 
Run last night, 4.8miles in 51mins, 10.37mins per mile.
Was very stop start with a mixture of abilities out tonight.
The fact a few turned up was good in itself with very strong winds and rain made for challenging conditions.
 
Set out for lunchtime 7 miler, had to abandon it and do 5.5 instead, just no energy. Try again tomorrow, maybe do 10 for what I missed today.
 
I’ve been reading up on creatine for a while. Considering as it’s a natural supplement and seems to have positive impact on energy/recovery. I’ve resisted up to now as was still concentrating on losing weight. Focus has slightly changed. Have either of you noticed a difference? Any negative side effects?

Not noticed a lot only been taking a few weeks, nothing noticeable on side effects. Have seen some super transformations although they weren’t overweight
 
I take five different pills every night. No idea what they are, my wife gets them and arranges them in a pill box for me. She could be poisoning me to death for all I know.
The pills your wife wants you to take before bedtime might not be what I was asking about… insert ‘performance enhancing drug joke here’…
