The woman that works in the shop that told me I had a parking ticket, watched the parking attendant put a ticket on my car without telling me. She had learning difficulties, so I could not really have a go at her.
The woman who put the ticket on my car, I don't want to be horrible but she did her job to the letter of the law but struggled with a conversation with Missis T who tried to explain what I was doing. Missis T was sat back in the car when I came out of the shop with young Tash as she had steam coming out of her ears.
I gave Missis T a glare as she was ready to blow her top and I had to turn on the on the Tash charm with said Laydee in a uniform ( that did not fit ). Will be interesting what happens with said appeal.

There was probably a sign on the way into the area explaining what you can and can't do there.
If it's a No Waiting area, unless you're loading or unloading, you're in trouble.
As, technically, you were doing neither, you may have to bite the bullet....

Missis T has filled in the form to appeal but I had to write in the reasons why I had parked there to unload. if Missis T had been let loose on the keyboard, she would of had a Notts county council Phil The Fragger style infraction.
