I think we have all heard the old idiom that ignorance of the law is no defence. It should be rather unnecessary to say that ignorance of the law that you have written should definitely be no defence.

Of course it matters. My dad's funeral, 10 allowed , you couldn't sit with relatives, a horrible experience made substantially worse by the rules. No wake allowed either but it's ok to for the hard working staff of this lot to have a few jolly ups. If it doesn't matter to Joe Public it bloody well should.
