My tip for interviews is 'be as honest as you can'. If there is something that you think may be fairly key to the job and whilst you have 'some' experience of you don't have a great deal - I'd 'fess up'. There will be other reasons you have got the interview - that one thing might not be absolutely critical - they know the job better than you. And you'd hope that a prospective employer would respect and value honesty on your part - and hey - as a golfer that should be relatively easy - respect and honesty to ourselves, our opponents and the game being absolutely to core to our golfing values.
