Would just like to congratulate Jason who, as an amateur, came through at our club Kirby Muxloe and today finished second in the Is Molas Open thereby ensuring he will win the Alps Tour Order of Merit.
There is one final event to be played but his lead is unasailable.
At the very least this guarantees him a return to the Challenge Tour with a good ranking whilst also reducing the number of stages of Qualifying School for the European Tour. For those that don't know the Alps Tour is, like the Europro Tour, ranked by the European Tour as the third level.
He has won three times on tour this year and his success is extremely well deserved as like many others he works so hard at his game but enjoys less backing than some others. On top of this he is a really nice guy.
