So he holes out from the fairway in both the Master and the USOPEN.

Ive seen him do it at other events but I'm too old to remember those ones, like the master in 2018

USOPEN The Master
The master 2018 https://www.facebook.com/TheMasters/videos/patrick-reed-hole-out-eagle-the-masters/661315639852597/
The 2024 PGA
LIV golf Adelaide 2025

I am not sure if I notice him doing more because I actually dont like his golf manor or if he is just "Lucky" a lot.

I definitely wouldn’t say lucky, he’s aiming for the green on all the shots and trying to get as close to the pin as possible.

Maybe there's a technical side to it - he is a draw player when most players are playing a fade these days. Maybe his typical shot is more likely to roll out a little bit, giving it more chance of rolling straight in the hole?

A fade can roll out as well

There are some players that played for decades on tour and never get a hole in one , some get loads , some hole out form fairways , it’s happened a few times to more than Reed - when players are aiming at the hole then one will go in at times

Watch enough golf on the box and it is something you will see on a fairly regular basis it is just when it is done by one of the more well known players it tends to get repeat showings.

Please, do not try and innocently come up with a technical explanation without 100% concrete proof. You should know by now that some others will be quick to dismiss this as rubbish.

Probably true .
Although he is no longer on the PGA tour so his stats may not be accurate , when he was on the PGA tour his strokes gained approach which is probably the most reliable stat for iron striking and proximity was about tour average, so its probably good fortune rather than consistent close range strikes.
