Is it wrong to have 5 pairs of golf shoes?!

:D I like shoes!

FJ Contours
FJ MyJoy x 2
Nike Saddle
Nike TW13

I bet there is someone on the forum with more.... :D

I'm afraid I can equal not better you Imelda (Marcos)

2 x adidas 360
1 other adidas
1 x my joys
1 x footjoy dryjoy pros

but mix of two winter 2 summer in solihull and 1 in Ireland is my excuse

I too must fess up to having far more golf shoes than other footwear

2x dryjoys
1x dryjoy tour
1xFJ sport
3x AQL
1x myjoy
1 x Nike
1 x stubert

of which 4 prs still boxed

So those of you with "multiple" pairs, do you wear them all for different occasions/courses?

Are some better in the dry, wet, hilly, flat etc.

I can't think of many variable occasions so why so many?

Or is it just a fetish :mmm:

I have:
3 pairs of Ecco GTX - white, brown saddle. 1 pair with the away bag others alternate.
1 pair Ecco World Class Black. My favoured, but the GTX are slightly more comfortable (snug) during the round.
3 pairs of FJ Classic DPs. 1 of the 2 black pairs is starting to collapse (after 8 or 9 years of use with little care). The white w black saddle loses studs a bit too often!
1 Pair of AQLs that I won.
1 pair of cheapos bought when I forgot to take shoes to the club once.

i dont feel as bad now reading some peoples list, i have
footjoy sport, 1 white&silver, 1 white&green, 1 black
footjoy synr-g 1 black
Adidas Adipure, 1 white , 1 black

FJ Classics x2 - can only be worn when dry and no chance of rain
FJ AQL x1 - Winter shoe
Adidas ?? x1 - old pair for winter
Adidas 360 x2 - one still in box
Adidas adipure? x1

I think i'm down to 4 pairs at the moment.

2 FJ Dryjoy ( or should that be wet no joy)
1 FJ contour
1Ecco Hydromax tour.

had 2 pairs of FJ LT but both got chucked.

Got a pair of myjoy in fancy colours to us up my £200 AG voucher on order, then that will be the last pair i get.

ecco from now on all the way.

3 x Puma Cell Fusion (Orange, Blue, Silver)
1 x FJ Sport (White/Green)
1 x Nike Lunar (White/Yellow)
1 x Adidas Cheapo's (Black for mucky days)

That's not too bad.

I do however have in excess of 40 pairs of classic Nike trainers (Air Max 1, Dunks, Air Force 1 etc.) the majority of which have never been worn, and a few of the real collectables even sit in a glass display case... :o

Come on guys, how do you wear so many pairs? Are they worn based on conditions, colour of the socks your wearing? There must be some system involved?
