Got it up to 94 consistently

Not saying you didn't but I'd be sceptical if you actually picked up that much if any, did you hit your irons at the end and measure speed ? If you into a fit cold by the time you hit a fair few balls you will start to swing faster just because you get looser and your timing gets better. Always hit your own irons every few shots to see what the real difference is

Hit my own iron in the middle and at the end of the fitting as well and my ss was slower

I would sooner take a punt on 2nd hand clubs than spend out big on new clubs that have been “fitted” in an indoor AG shop. Just MO.
