Come on then.

Who has it?

Whaty do you think?

I updated my iPhone last night to IOS 7 and think it's fantastic. The homescreen icons are a little naff, but on the whole I think te whole UI is much improved.

What do you think?

The missus put it on her phone last night and I had a quick play (with the phone)

Did not like the look of it tbh, looked a very childish setup. Not sure if I will put it on mine yet, see how it goes as no doubt there will be problems.

Was thinking exactly the same - not sure about the homescreen icons at all!

Other than that I've not had chance to have a play with it yet (excuse below)

Not impressed having set off the download as I switched off the bedroom light last night that it meant my alarm didn't go off this morning - queue a hastily prepared sandwich and a run to the train station!

Really? did people not think it would need some form of input before it was operational? if someone who worked for me rocked up late with the excuse of iOS7 update not waking them up, i would not be happy!

I really like it. Had an issue with the clock though.

It had reverted my clock to LA time so when I woke up this morning it was apparently 23:20 ... Stayed at missus' so her alarm got us up but might have been in trouble on me own!

To be fair this is my first update since getting the iPhone so never really gave it any thought, normally wake up (without the alarm) about 5 minutes after it would have gone off but seeing as I though my alarm was set I dozed waiting for it, after about 20 minutes thought it best to check!

Not liking it, white with greys looks boring. Thin lines for all the icons in the apps makes them look unfinished.

Biggest issue is that the calendar is worse than the previous version for anybody using multiple calendars. The little dots do not show the colours of the calendar they relate too, and make it useless.

just found the compass app now has a spirit level built in! Awesome!

How often have you been hanging a picture or putting up shelves only to throw up your hands in despair and ask ‘just where has my spirit level gone?’ Okay. Probably not ever, but swipe to the left on iOS 7’s Compass app and you’re presented with a solution: a super-minimalist bubble level. Simply place your iPhone on any surface and when the screen goes green, the surface is level.

Updated on mrs phone and iPad.. Mixed feeling. I like the iconography and also makes it easy to read on the white background.

However, I think they have made some of the features really really tiny. Did not have my glasses on this morning, and I struggled with some of the icons on the iPhne. Equally struggled to click on the tiny icons with my 'more-than-average-sized' fingers. Try going into Safari and then close one of the pages by clicking on the 'X' button on the right hand side... bloody painful...

Not sure to be honest. Just looks like a facelift so far. The one thing I don't like is the Music player, the old one was far better.

Showed the facilities guys at work the spirit level and were all instantly reaching for their phones!

Random, but has anyone found any difference with charging time? I updated last night, got it plugged into my comp today, and it feels much slower charging up....

It probably is just me imagining it, but thought I would ask!

not specifically today, but a week or two ago i thought the same thing with both USB charging from my laptop and from the USB in my car... weird.
