Well roman's plan A has gone a bit a miss with Pep signing on the dotted line for Bayern Munich The same day the British press carry a story Pep I want to manager in the PL.
So us Rafa going to get the gig full time?

Oh I do hope so just to watch the plastic flags moan a bit more. Anyway he's the only one they have taken on on a doable contract for RA. All Chavski managers should be taken on with a 6 month contract it would save the club millions on payouts that they have to account for and break even with.

Shows he's not in it purely for the money, as the amount Chavski were offering would be more than is on the table at Bayern.

Is it a case of he wants to take a club in a more technical league onto the heights of Barca, or as someone else said to me today he's taking a big team on that will pretty much give nailed on success in Germany to simply aid his CV and to tide him over until Fergie steps down at Utd......

Sounds spot on to me. :)

It's a kick in the teeth for all the media mumblers rambling on about Pep wants to join the "best league in the world". LMAO!!!

Pep will be joining Arsenal. Wenger not ready to step aside and will sign for another 3 years. Pep not going to sign for any PL team he is biding his time at Bayern waiting for the Arsenal post to become vacant IMO.

Fab and Pep will be back together at Arsenal you saw it here first.

If you dont have a dream.....:D

Based on that methodology then I can work under the assumption Blackburn will return to the top flight and win the premiership. After all we have to dream :D

Be interesting c who replaces Wenger though, personally I think Pep will goto Old Trafford next or maybe PSG as they have the money that could help him sign Messi & Ronaldo for the same side and not worry about the tax law wages they'd get here!

As for Arsenal your lot would be better off going for Moyes, he does well with boards that keep their wallets in their pockets

Might not be a pipe dream tho

Not sure about Fab coming back but ive said to my mates here he never going to Chelsea or City , too unstable owner wise , ive said it will be Utd or Arsenal where he will be let do it his way & given time to do so ..

I too have that dream ...

In the meantime though, should Mr Wenger choose to step aside, as has been pointed out by Fader... I'd be more than happy with Moyes... Proven track record of running a club using meagre funds... Yes, Arsenal have the dosh they just won't spend it :(...

I as much as anyone one here respect the job DM does at Everton , & do not want to lose him , there are 3 main differences between working at the 2 clubs tho ..

Expectation of the club
Expectation of the fans
Style of football
Im always honest when it comes to football , but lets take both clubs "current" expectations at the start of any season
Arsenal .. top four is a must, higher & challange for title if possible , champions league knock out stage, try win a cup
Everton .. 40 points or more , try challange for europa league spot , try win a cup

How do Arsenal want to achieve it , by playing quality football with world class (?) players
How do Everton "currently" achieve it .. anyhow we can with the resources we have ..

I do think that wenger needs to buy quality tho and as much as he took the club forward when he took over they are kinda in auto pilot at present , fairly sure of top 4 , good enough on their day to get out of group in CL , but no where near good enough to win either..
