Our fairly streetwise 8 year old grandaughter visited Santa at the Farm Park the other day.
Unknown to her parents Santa was one of their fellow golf club members who was a friend of my SIL.
'Santa' calls out her name and says ' Come here, I know all about you'.
He then told her where she lived and the name of her new puppy etc etc.
My granddaughter and her wee pal's eyes were nearly out of their sockets and mum and dad where trying desperately hard not to splutter.
Seemingly she has been as good as gold the last couple of days. Magic times.
