I need to lose a club

My 5 wood tends to go about 200-210 but on a fairly low trajectory and my 3 hybrid between 180 and 190 (200 if I really push) but at the moment I only need either for the longer par 3's and the odd par 4. Everything else I use driver for and can carry 3 wedges instead. To be honest if I dropped a wedge and put a 3 wood back in the par 5's would all be reachable but I prefer to play them as 3 shotters and rely on my game from <100 yards to get it close

Hi

With such perfect distances between your clubs have you thought about losing the putter?

Hope that helps

Edgey

Don't tempt me!! 40 putts again today :( :(

I left my hybrid out again today. I would have used it on 1 par 5, and a couple of tee shots if I had it.
The 3i was used three times for approaches where the hybrid would have been too much, a couple of times off the tee, and on the par 5 when I would have preferred the hybrid.

All-in-all the 3i is more useful to me than the hybrid, so I think I'll continue to leave it guarding my car.

Now I can go back to being old-fashioned about my clubs and poo-poo the whole hybrid idea ;) :p

The number and type of clubs is dependant upon the course.
When i arrive at a course is first get a scorecard and a strokesaver, then work out the distances and see what clubs should be required.
I carry 1,3,5,7 woods a 19 hybrid to replace the 3&4 irons 3 wedges 2 putters. Just mix and match to make the game more intresting.
Went out last Sunday with 5wood 7iron 5iron PW and putter, it did make an intresting round with great pitches to the greens.
