I hate this time of the year

Off on a tangent here but who actually had to physically change any clocks in the home last weekend?

Yep, antique clock in the lounge, two cooker clocks, and 7 watches, that I keep on watch winders.
One car has changed itself, one has a non functioning clock, and one has the time wrong, but you never see it as I have the display set to range.

He stops at the halfway house for lunch. Six hour round...

When it comes to golf I have a bit of routine to help me stop getting the shakes (a common occurrence for me if I do not eat regularly) my 'lunch' is normally taken on the 14 tee where always have a little wait) yesterday I started to feel the shakes come on the 10th tee.

Do you have two cookers with clocks or a cooker with two clocks!

Either way, why?

Just adjust gradually each round. Next time make yourself wait until the 11th. Then next time the 12th. Before long you'll be back to the 14th.

Oh the good old Daylight Savings thread, sometimes I miss DelC ( only sometimes)

Please remember that we are all different, hold different opinions and have different levels of grumpyness.

Be nice out there 👍

not if you are a beginner and a heading to the Cairngorms;(. Funicular is closed and won't reopen this year and may not for the foreseeable future. people running CM have also laid off 50 ski instructors

Was thinking Alps trips rather than Scotland.
True re Cairngorm, grew up near there and it was ok for my generation, however has been run into the ground of late by Natural Retreats, knocks on to local economy negatively. Ski area mismanaged for decades.
Luckily my nearest spots are Glencoe (1 hour) then Nevis (1.25 hr), not exactly Val d'Isere but better than nothing.......sometimes.
